How it works

One pallet, one night, four countries

Follow a single pallet from regional pickup to proof of delivery. 34 seconds, with subtitles in English, Latvian or Russian.

This is what happens to your pallet in the Nexus Cargo network.

One network

A digital logistics network for regional carriers

Classic freight exchanges sell single loads on the spot market. Nexus Cargo runs one standardised network: each partner owns a region, freight moves through shared HUBs, and linehauls leave on a fixed daily schedule.

How the network runs

From one order to proof of delivery

  1. 01Order enters the network

Through Ask Nexus, the price calculator or your ERP via API. The network assigns it instantly.

  2. 02Regional pickup

The partner who owns that zone collects it. No empty kilometres chasing loads across the country.

  3. 03HUB cross-docking

Riga, Tallinn, Vilnius and Helsinki HUBs consolidate freight and re-sort it by destination.

  4. 04Daily linehaul

Fixed departures between HUBs, every day, so transit times are predictable.

  5. 05Last mile and POD

The destination partner delivers. The driver app captures signature and CMR in real time.

FAQ

Questions carriers ask first

Something else? Write to info@nexuscargo.ai.

What is the Nexus Cargo network?

A group of regional carriers and HUB terminals across Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania and Finland that work as one network. Each partner is responsible for a delivery zone, freight is consolidated at HUBs, and HUBs are connected by daily linehauls.

How are prices calculated?

By a single network tariff based on origin and destination zones, pallet count and weight, plus a transparent fuel surcharge. The calculator shows the same price the network charges.

Can we integrate with our ERP or TMS?

Yes. The REST API lets you create shipments, read statuses and receive POD documents. Webhooks notify your system when a status changes.

How are regions allocated to partners?

Each delivery zone has one responsible partner. Allocation depends on fleet, location and quality history, and starts with a pilot period.

Are drivers part of the network?

Yes. Drivers use the Nexus Cargo app to update statuses, collect digital signatures and upload CMR documents in real time.
